CDI UNIT INSPECTION
Remove the battery cover. Coupler
Disconnect the CDI coupler and remove the
CDI unit.
CDI CIRCUIT INSPECTION CDI Unit
Measure the resistance between the
terminals. Black/ Black/ Black/
Replace the CDI unit if the readings are not White Red Yellow
within the specifications in the table below.
Green Blue/Yellow
Use the x K range for the Sanwa Tester.
Use the x 100 range for the Kowa Tester.
